This Earth Week, we’re opening up the discussion on big and small ways we can all try to reduce our footprint. If you’re intimidated by yesterday’s article on Zero Waste, don’t worry. There’s a marvelous menagerie of fun ways to get started, and they’re just as good for you as they are for the planet. One of those is our daily beauty routine. My bathroom medicine cabinet is overflowing with products whose ingredients I can’t pronounce, and whose contents I wouldn’t put in my mouth if you triple dog dared me. But if I wouldn’t put them in my mouth and eat them, then why on earth would I slather them on my body’s largest organ?? It’s another challenge of convenience over consciousness, and one I’m excited to counterfeit. So if you’re looking for luxurious baby steps to being an eco-friendly world changer, this list is for you: 5 Facials to Feel Good About.
