Morgan has worked as a cashier and style consultant at Momni for about four months.
What’s the greatest part about working in the shop?
Meeting new people each and every day. Building relationships with different customers has definitely been my favorite outcome from my journey and experience at Momni so far.
What are the biggest changes and accomplishments you’ve noticed this year?
That would definitely have to be hosting the fashion show in May. It was such a unique project that really brought so many elements of the community together while getting the Momni brand out there. The fashion show was sort of how I got started on the Momni team as well, so I really enjoyed being a part of that huge milestone.
What is it that makes MOMNI unique?
It’s such a personable and cozy place. People can simply walk in and be comfortable in their own skin knowing that we are there to help them find the perfect item for them. The fact that we can alter their clothing to fit them perfectly is such a nice feature that most places can’t claim.
What have you seen in your personal development through MOMNI’s first year?
Momni is really my first job aside from babysitting so it has given me great experience at a young age. I’ve learned so much from Joy about how to work with customers and to simply be a friend to everyone and that is something that I will take with me throughout life as well as in future jobs.
I love working at Momni and being a part of such a great team of women. If this year is half as good as the first, big things are coming our way and I can’t wait to see it unfold!
